Description

Description

The K model is a 13 cm knife, designed to offer smooth and pleasant opening thanks to its ball bearing system. Its closure thus becomes as pleasant as its deployment. Its handle is fashioned from mammoth ivory, mounted on a carbon fiber spacer and inlaid with copper shavings, giving it subtle orange reflections. It also incorporates a lanyard hole, a nod to traditional French knives, allowing a string to be attached. In terms of the blade, I opted for what I consider one of the best available steels: VG10 damask. Combining three distinct steels, it ensures an exceptionally durable edge. This model embodies my vision of the modern knife.

Maintenance Tips

Maintenance Tips

The whole of my production deserves the same maintenance:

1. Avoid water: even the most resistant materials can warp with moisture. Washing with soap and water is possible, but never leave the knife soaking for several hours.
2. Use the yellow side of the sponge: avoid the abrasive side (green) which could damage the surface.
3. Dry carefully after washing: good drying preserves the durability of the materials.
4. Sharpening and honing:
• Maintain the edge with a smooth, non-abrasive sharpening steel.
• Sharpen the blade with a hard and abrasive stone.

Warranty: My knives are guaranteed without time limit.
