The creator's words: "I chose this name in reference to the elongated shell commonly called a 'knife'."This unique designer knife comes in 4 models to suit all your desires and needs.

Its 12C27 blades and Z20C13 springs have undergone heat treatment, which guarantees them unparalleled strength.All our handles are shaped here, in our workshop. You will have the choice between handles made of local materials like this one made of crushed oyster shells and resin.
