Description

Description

This Météora 0 was the occasion for a first (successful) trial of a hidden riveted axis under the bolsters. Its blade is made of Z40cr13 stainless steel, with a drawn finish. It is soberly guilloched, to stay in the style of the knife while adding a touch of detail. The bolsters are also made of stainless steel, textured to better highlight the drawn finish of the blade. The scales are made of black G10, providing a beautiful contrast with the reflections of the steels it accompanies. The spring is also made of stainless steel, guilloched like the blade, it is left raw on its inner side. The assembly is riveted, no glue is used. The knife is mounted with a blade stop in the closed position to preserve the edge, there is no backspring.

Maintenance Tips

Maintenance Tips

Like all artisanal knives, it should be hand washed only, and it is recommended to dry it immediately after washing. Its materials are not especially sensitive to rust, but prolonged exposure to water is never desirable, rust spots may still appear.
If only to get into good habits, clean it with care, wipe it with care, and it will serve you well ;-)
