At Art de la Lame, we strive to provide you with a reliable and secure delivery service tailored to your needs. For all your orders, we use Colissimo as our exclusive carrier, ensuring fast, tracked, and careful delivery. You have two options:
• Home delivery with signature.
• Delivery to a collection point with signature.
Each shipment is tracked to allow you to follow the progress of your order in real time.
Our delivery times vary depending on the destination and the time required for the craftsman to prepare your order. As most of our craftsmen make their pieces by hand, the maximum delivery times in France are 15 days, including preparation and shipping time.
• Metropolitan France: approximately 15 days
• Europe: 20 to 30 days
• International: 30 to 45 days, depending on the destination and the specific delivery times of Colissimo International.
However, delivery times may be extended in some cases, especially if the craftsman has informed you of additional time needed to produce your order.
Delivery rates are automatically calculated at the time of ordering, based on your destination, the number of craftsmen involved, and the overall volume of the products. All fees are clearly displayed before order confirmation for full transparency. Please note that in some cases, customs duties or other local taxes may apply upon receipt of your package, especially for deliveries outside Europe (e.g., USA). These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Each order has a unique tracking number that you will receive by email. This will allow you to track the progress of your delivery from shipping to receipt. If you have any questions or issues with tracking, you can contact us via contact@artdelalame.fr or through our direct messaging service via Tawk.
All products are carefully packaged by the craftsmen themselves to ensure optimal protection during transport. The materials used for packaging are selected to match the nature of the item, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can find a solution.
You have a 14-day period from receipt of your order to return a product, free of charge in the defined zones. Products must be in new, unused condition and well-packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging, but in quality packaging). If this return policy is not followed, we reserve the right not to refund the product.
Free return for the following countries and zones:
• Zone 0: France and DOM-TOM.
• Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
• Zone 2: Austria, Spain (excluding islands), Italy, Portugal (excluding islands), Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom.
• Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland.
• Zone 4: Croatia, Finland, Greece, Malta, Norway, Romania.
• Zone 5: Australia.
In other countries, returns can be arranged upon request, but return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us for more details.
If a package is returned to us due to a customer error (incorrect address, prolonged absence), additional fees may apply for a new shipment.
If a package is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us promptly at contact@artdelalame.fr or via Tawk. We will assess the situation and propose an appropriate solution. We will always strive to resolve the issue in the fairest manner possible.
Orders are shipped in collaboration with the craftsmen, and each step of the process is communicated via email. You will be notified upon order validation, shipping, and finally, delivery. We ship orders daily, depending on the availability of the craftsmen.
In case of absence upon delivery, Colissimo will leave a delivery notice. If you do not retrieve your package within the specified time frame, it will be returned to the craftsman. We will contact you to arrange reshipment. However, additional fees may be charged if the error is due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
Currently, we do not offer express delivery, but this option may be considered in the future.

All orders placed with Art de la Lame are covered in case of loss or damage during transport. Thanks to our partnership with Colissimo, your package is automatically insured for the total value of your order for the entire duration of the shipment, giving you complete peace of mind.
If an incident occurs (damaged package, loss, etc.), please contact us immediately at contact@artdelalame.fr or via our direct messaging service Tawk. We will initiate an investigation with Colissimo and do everything possible to provide you with a quick solution, ranging from reshipment to a full refund if necessary.
