Description

Its steel, 135Cr3, which has been proven for a long time, will allow you to sharpen it very easily and give it a very fine cut in the blink of an eye. It has been given a patinated finish with a temper line while leaving some of the forging rough, the result of Elie's work in our workshop. In terms of measurements:It has a total length of 20.5 cm.Its cutting edge is 8.5 cm.In terms of wood, we have slipped three rings (maple, green ebony and Macassar ebony) on most of the handle in ash. Maintenance Tips

Maintenance Tips

It is important to never use a dishwasher, nor the scraper of a sponge to wash a blade. In the first case, you will make it rust, in the second, you will scratch it (and make it more sensitive to rust...).
Cleaning the blade can be done with water – by drying it immediately – or with oil: this will allow a more harmonious patina to form. Cleaning the handle can also be done with oil, in case of stubborn stains, you can also re-sand with 1200 grit and re-wax or oil it.
